Outstanding news.

First thing we do: teach him that only members of this fan board get to refer to ol' DU as a university.

Sounds like a lot of work ethic emphasis.

lovin' every minute of it
Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
Looks like he's around the 20th rated player in Ohio. Listed as shooting guard. If fans are allowed I'll definitely catch a few games.

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
I have seen him listed as a wing guard and as a SF. I think he played as a big for a while and then more of a wing player later. He can really get to the rim and is known as a tenacious defender. I think his potential is vast.
So, do we have two spots left for this class?

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
I think I saw or heard somewhere he grew a few inches heading into his junior year. Absolutely love getting a young man obsessed with working to get better. Thankfully for Kool-Aid purposes unlike with Chris Ford there is a toooon of video of his game out there. If you check out some more recent videos, his stroke already looks much smoother than during his junior season, which I view as an amazing sign. Definitely think he is a wing and not a guy who will transition to lead guard, but nothing wrong with having guys with passing ability on the wing. Also, even if Ford, Watson and Huffman's shooting ability is lacking, having a big like Mennenga and wings like Lee and MJ who stretch defenses leaves a ton of open space for slashers to dominate.RichmondCat wrote: ↑Tue Oct 20, 2020 9:01 amI have seen him listed as a wing guard and as a SF. What a lovely surprise yesterday after a publicly quiet recruiting cycle. I have chugged the kool-aid, and am so excited for this upcoming season and seasons to come. TCC
