What schools have mascots/nicknames for the men and women which do not match? I just happened to run across one example. Wondering how many else there are.

Syracuse used to have the Orangemen and Orangewomen, now just the Orange.

Not talking Vols/Lady Vols. There are lots of those (although not as many as there used to be). My HS in the 70s -- Bobcats/Bobkittens. Not that either. I mean completely unrelated. Like an animal and a human. A made up example -- Vikings and Lady Hawks.

Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (men) and Wahine (women).
Centenary Gentlemen and Ladies.
Those are the only ones I can think of.

I did a google search and found that Arkansas Tech are the Wonder Boys and the Golden Suns.

Way back in the day (i.e., AIAW era) the South Carolina womens BB team was called the Chicks.

What about JC Smith? Surely they don’t have Lady Bulls?

To the internet:

U of Arkansas-Monticello ladies are the "Cotton Blossoms" The mens' teams are the Boll Weevils" It wouldn't even take a Graveline to have a field day with this one.... (Doesn't meet the criteria, but mad props to Enterprise State [Alabama] for their Weevil Women. I can hear an ELO theme song being played as they warm up.)

Eastern New Mexico women are the "Zias"; the men are the "Greyhounds.

Seminole State (Oklahoma) -- "Trojans" and "Blue Belles" (Again, possibly a Graveline lob pitch.)

Smith is a private institution, so I guess it is OK for them to have rest rooms.

Lumberjacks and Lumberjills. I thought these were SFA's official teams. Looked it up. Nope. They are the Lumberjacks and Ladyjacks. Now call graveline. Northland College are Lumberjacks and Lumberjills.

Kenyon is Lords and ladies
Ohio Wesleyan is the battling bishops. When originally constituted this didn’t fit for the women’s teams, but recent theological changes may allow it

The United Methodist Church has had female bishops since 1980.
