The basketball I’ve seen has been pretty bad. Bad fouls. Bad close outs. Slow feet. Glad we’re shooting well.

They better rep the heck out of high pick and roll defense this next week in practice.... it seems that Davidson has played very drive-averse all night. I'm generally fine turning games into shooting contests, but I like limiting open threes as well - Winthrop has had the same looks they did at the start of the game, and are weirdly just either not passing the ball to the wide open guy on the weak side, or just missing the shots.

Transition D, on the other hand, has been nice

I’ve had to work baseball games right before finals and still have gotten decent grades.

Good for you.

If we play like this against Wake, Temple, and UNC we will lose all 3 games.

Winthrop moves the ball around a lot and took a bunch of shots but the team wasn’t disciplined and wasn’t very good. If they win their conference I’ll be sure to cross them out on my bracket.

That won’t happen. Too many competitors.

Seems like we've taken up the pooted plant offense lately. Except when JAG drives. Or Luka dunks.

I don’t doubt any of the kids or coaches, and this is without a doubt one of the most talented teams we’ve ever had. That being said, we haven’t looked convincing for a complete game this entire season.

I agree with that assessment but 8-1 says a lot.

I didn't see a response to the question about Nathan. Is there a reason he didn't play? Was he dressed?
