The UNCC game is always more fun when D-Block shows up in full force. Several years ago, before the Vance Center opened, a large group of Niner students hung out in the courtyard outside the old entrance to the arener and waited for D-Block to arrive, yelling Niner s**t incessantly. D-Block marched en masse down the hill from the campus, yelling D-Block s**t, and for several minutes there was a face-off across the planter. I think that may have been the year of the post-game fight in the parking lot that resulted in a 2-year suspension of hostilities. Go Cats! |
I believe the last game before the 2-game break was at Halton, when Leemire Goldwire had his Kodak moment |
That game is nowhere to be found in my memory.

That should and would have happened already if it were going to. Apparently costing the program a donor and 10 season ticket renewals isn't important enough. |
