Frampton's three-point shot has come alive in the second half.

ESPN Plus set up fairly easily for me. Picture and sound were great.

Some observations about the Cats:

Are we going to play zone? If not can Uncle K cover the 4? Is Luke quick enough to cover the 3? And is Luka physical enough to guard the 5? I'm skeptical.

Looks like Ekwu will spell Luka at the 5. CC will be first sub for a guard (and we are playing 4 guards) so it looks like a competition for the 8th guy. It might be CZ the Younger. Perhaps Bates if we need size. I think MJ turned his ankle, hopefully back in a few weeks.

Luka's post game is straight from George Mikan. I love it, but we'll see how it goes against top competition. Boy is he long though with big mitts.

Ekwu is a grown ass man.

Frampton seems to be as advertised.

Of course the Captain Obvious comment is that JAG and KG are the key guys.

Key takeaway: the new jerseys are fresh.

Glad we got that out of the way.

I saw about the first 8 minutes and am now hoping for a replay. I take it as a very good omen that JAGs first bucket was a left handed layup.

We are the World; and rightfully on top of it. Congrats lads, good start to a memorable season.

Maybe we can get by with man but zone is the definite way to go at least from my perspective. The teams seems almost perfectly set up to play zone too in terms of length and 2/3 capable rim protectors.

I hope our rim protectors end up being more than 2/3 capable.

One recovering guy was dressed and did not play, another looked great in a suit.

The new lighting reportedly looks great on ESPN. In person, it is brutal from certain areas. We'll have lots of fans in ball caps this year.

Having the option of beer is great.

The new SRO lobby area is great.

Gonna be fun.

Yep, was hoping to see NBY tonight because he's a part of that equation.

Interesting, I thought it looked a bit dim on ESPN+.

Agree on zone. Odd that we didn't practice it tonight. Maybe want to keep 'em guessing?
