Nope, Disney and the Mouse want to reach into our pocket and take another 4.99 per month.
WatchESPN would allow you to stream many other games if you had an ESPN subscription on your provider. Now you will pay for more of the second tier games.

I got 3 on my phone. Watched LSU vs Miss State while I was driving back from Richmond last Saturday. |

Domestically...
I think the answer is yes. There's no longer any need for an A10 network subscription. Here's the ESPN+ FAQ on the A10 website:

Twelve Davidson games are on ESPN+ specifically. Nine others are on other ESPN networks -- ESPN3, ESPN2, ESPNU.
Non-domestically...
If you're outside the USA without access to ESPN networks, it appears there is still an international version of the A10 Network to which you can subscribe for $5 per month. Go to the main page of the A10 website, click Watch from the red menu bar, click International Streaming, and it will display a list of upcoming events. As of this writing, there are no basketball games on that list, which extends through November 11.
On that same page, there are links to login to or create an A10 network account, after which you can begin muddling your way through their awful interface. When you finally find that Purchase Packages button, clicking it will take you to a page that allows you to sign up for the International Streaming Monthly Package for $5.
