If we are as good as we think and we want to be in the discussion for an at-large bid then we need to go 11-2 or at least 10-3. |

10-3 could arguably be better than 11-2 if 10-3 included losses to Purdue and VT/Alabama while 11-2 included a lost to Wichita St. That first tournament game is huge.
In either scenario, we need to beat a top 75 team (Temple) on a neutral floor, win at an ACC school (Wake) and avoid the kind of early season slip ups that young teams are prone to commit.
That's doable, but its's a rough road.
If we beat Wichita St and walk into the Dean Dome at 11-1, we probably do so as a top 25 team.
Overall, I think the math is the same it's been since we joined the A-10. 22 wins isn't enough, 23 is a nail biter, 24 is in.

| We tend to start slow and improve as the season goes on, so I'm not anticipating great success early in the season. Of course I hope I'm wrong. |
