If you are looking at DI or DII conferences, it's going to be a long night guessing. |
Kind of disappointing if it’s not a DI opponent. I thought we weren’t going to schedule DIII teams during the regular season anymore or is this some kind of mid season scrimmage. |
Yeah, let's not play a DIII school in a game that actually counts. |

Central Penn as a real game? Extremely disappointing. I thought we were finally over this hump last year, but I guess it was a one-off. I'll try and remind myself that we used to schedule multiple opponents like this back in the day...
I had more negative stuff in here, but since we are a school-friendly site... |

Well, you got to play a game to stay sharp and you want something before you go home for a couple of days at Christmas. When no one will come play you, you eventually pay whatever team will play you. It might not be a team we want to see in Belk, but you can't leave a date on the table.

If you can find somebody better who is willing to play us here on December 22, you should have told the coaches before they scheduled this.

I get it. It's hard. This has been pointed out ad nauseam by forum members and the coaches. Doesn't mean I'm not disappointed. Is it crazy to expect us to be able to schedule as well as the other leading A10 programs? Maybe this year will be the "new" one-off...
Knowing we require a certain number of home games and that dates are sometimes inflexible helps. |
