Steph bet Dell he would beat him by 20 points. The loser had to jump into Lake Tahoe.
Steph beat him by 18 or so. He barely missed an iron shot on the 18th. He hit his tee shot out of bounds, so the approach shot was his 4th. Dell thought it was his 2nd and was getting ready to jump in.
Steph and Bryant Barr ran into the lake, swam to a boat, jumped off the boat, and swam back to shore. This was in their golf outfits.
The NBC coverage carried the shot on 18 and the jumping and swimming. They interrupted this coverage periodically to report on the leaders. |

A neighbor who is really into golf was telling me about this at lunch. I asked him if Bryant was Steph's caddy, and he said the guy who jumped into the lake with him looked like Bryant. I'll tell him he was right. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

The announcers missed the opportunity to describe a lobster in the water. |

They allow people to catch crustaceans on the Nevada side of the lake, but not on the California side. Crawfish were introduced to the lake in the 1800s and have no natural predators. |

Class act, indeed. What a thrill for Katie...and no doubt, for Steph, as he seems to relish such kind contacts. |
