The key to getting the starting nod next year will be the ability to put points on the board whether it is inside or outside. Peyton will be a big loss. One or two players could make up for those points but if not KG will just be smothered by the other teams.
My off season wish is that a Kentucky 6 11 eraser heard cross talk from the Davidson players and decides he wants to transfer to get a quality education. When you watch the tourney, the teams with the inside aggressive blockers rule the world. Texas A&M had some guys that altered UNC shots too. _________________ "They were energized by this move to the A-10. How could you not be?" McKillop said. Exactly, one guy isn't replacing Peyton's kajillion and a half points. We will have more offensive weapons though. Oskar, Magarity, and Rusty affected the games in a lot of ways and didn't focus on scoring. In all, they combined for about 15 points. Luka, MJ, and Frampton are natural born scorers (from what I've read) and should realistically/optimistically combine for somewhere between 24-33 (so between 8 and 11 a game for each).
I think our established players will see some gradual increase as well. Kellan should shoot up from 18 to 20, JAG will hopefully increase from 13 to 15, KP should see an uptick from his 6 pts to about 10 (I think he will be much more aggressive next year). A healthy Dusan and all Ekwu would also likely add about 7 points in total.
In total thats about a net gain of 24ish points. Then taking into account Peyton's loss (21+ pts/g) we see a small increase. Obviously nothing works out this easy and a lot of our points came directly from other teams focusing in on PA leaving other guys open. |

My off season wish is for everyone's knees to be at 100% in October. That happens and I think the rest takes care of itself. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

I think we should only recruit kids who have at least three good knees.... |

We could set up a program like Tom's shoes. Bring 2 good knees for yourself, and we'll donate a good knee to a teammate in *cough* kneed *cough* _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

To cover all our bases and avoid any potential jinxes, my offseason wish is for everyone to be fully healthy: knees, ankles, shoulders, everything. |

Don’t forget the head. Mann and Belford come to mind, and others temporarily.
Let’s add toes to complete the A section of the song, and “eyes and ears and mouth and nose†for the B section. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

It is now publicly official: We will play @Wake Forest this coming season. Return game in '19-'20 season.
Anyone have insight on whether the return game will be at Belk or the Spectrum Center? |

So we’ve got the Charleston classic, @Wake, Nevada at home, and @UNCW(?). I don’t think we need anymore top 15 teams on the schedule but some games against tier II and low tier I opponents would be grand. |

We should host UNCC next season, too. We probably owe UNC-CH a game there to complete the 3 game series. |
