Do we have any updates on Ben Kovac or Luka Brajkovic? Both could fill the need for a stretch 4. |

Started out with a canoe. Then got a 16-foot john boat. Then got a 17-foot fiberglass center console. Thankfully, I turned the progression around before it got out of hand--I'm back to sit-on-top kayak mostly these days (although I still get out in the center console occasionally.)
Still got the canoe too, a big ol' Grumman. I call it the tin can. I've scraped the bottom of that one on a lot of oyster shells. _________________ "There ain't no sanity clause!" Chico Marx |

I've got joint custody of a 16' Grumman. We mostly used it for adventure racing purposes. I'll never forget that one race when we suddenly had to portage two miles in the moutains on muddy singletrack. _________________ The basic entrance fee to being a good person is to listen to and believe people who lack a privilege you have. |

Old Town Discovery 16 here. Good times. Did someone have a recruiting question? _________________ "We should've thrown our number 7 pitcher against Davidson......" Post by Tar Heel baseball fan 16 minutes into the game. |

For what it's worth, Riley Battin is killing it this year. No surprise. |

Good luck. Hope we can get in front of Utah over next 4 yrs and Dusan or our next great big from Austria or wherever dominates him.
By the way - I agree we are supposed to be a supportive, encouraging group of fans. The Davidson community is special and players appreciate and thrive in that environment. But I don't see anything wrong with being competitive and productively critical. Neither should a recruit - football, basketball, whatever sport - players appreciate knowledgeable, invested fan bases. |

And at least one Davidson coach would appreciate a "raucous" fan base. Get loud dudes! Come to the games please or please spread the word to turn in your season tix to be used please if not attending a game. Stand up if able please and get loud if able at the games. Seems that we as fans collectively can do better in showing up to games, giving away season tix when not attending and being raucous. |

Last year we recruited a 6'5" player from Connecticut named Walter Whyte. Some saw him play at our summer camp. We backed off when Luke Frampton committed. Whyte ended up at Boston U. BU is the definition of mediocre (12-12, 3rd place in the Patriot League). Whyte is 3rd in minutes, 4th in scoring, and 2nd in rebounds for the northern ankle biters. Looks like he is on the way to a productive career. |

I was much impressed with him at camp. I'm glad to see that things are going well for him. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

Always curious why this formal announcement of men's basketball early period signings always lags so far behind that for the women's program. |
