Felix White has not made Verbal Commits' list of transfers. However, UCSB is presently shown with 14 players on scholarship.

My interpretation is "visiting," but I only took five terms of French.

On my iPad I couldn't see much of the article under the layers of ads and overlays, but it looked like he is sniffing at the college.
