Walter Whyte with an offer from Fordham. His recruitment is shaping up to be a big A-10 battle. Fordham, St. Joe's, and St. Bonaventure are involved along with Davidson.
In other news from the Kool Aid list, Darryl Morsell and Alex O'Connell are getting many offers from a lot of big-name programs. Haven't seen any reports connecting either to Davidson in a long time. |

He can't go to Cleveland State! If Kentucky or UNC screw up again, Cleveland State will go on double secret probation!
Again!
(Hate that quote and didn't think much of the guy who said it, but it was teed up.) |

Don't think this Luke Frampton report got posted:
"3 Uncommited High Level Wing Prospects That Elevated Their Stock"
Quote: | Here are 3 wing prospects that took advantage of this past season to elevate their stock.
Luke Frampton 6’5″ Shooting Guard/Small Forward ||Poca WV/Big Shots Elite 2017|| â€" (Offersâ€"Davidson, Duquense, Marshall, James Madison, Richmond, Longwood, Winthrop, Texas Tech, Arizona)
***Frampton is one of the elite perimeter threats in the nation. He owns the purest shooting stroke in all the land and gets great elevation. Frampton is also a good athlete that can finish above the rim. An underrated aspect of his game is the physicality he brings. He can guard much bigger players when called upon to do so. His basketball IQ is extremely high and he has a strong fundamental base. As talented as he is on offense, he boxes out for rebounds, communicates on defense, and comes away with several 50/50 balls. While many are more widely recognized, Frampton is certainly a top 50-75 player in America. |

2018 wing Aundre Hyatt (who we have reported interest in in the past) has reclassified to 2019 and transferred schools, from NY to the Miller School in VA. High academic/talented kid so interesting that he's moving further south, but also we've only been mentioned with respect to him one time. |

My son is 6'2" and 14 and wears size 14 shoes. He's developed pretty good rebounding skills and we're working on the three pointer.
His little brother is 9, in the 98th percentile in height and can hit threes from the Steph spot in the deep right corner with regularity.
Can I get a little recruiting action going? _________________ "When Davidson’s offense is clicking, the reads upon reads of its motion offense unfold like some masterful concerto." - SLAM Magazine. 10/27/15 |

2017 Luke Loewe verbally commits to William & Mary. Was on our campus recently, one of the 247 writers predicted we were his destination despite us not having offered him yet. |

Delenda est. Sorry, but I'm a Latin teacher, so I can't help but make the correction. |

Recruiting update from Luke Frampton's team website: http://bigshots.net/big-shots-vegas-duel-1-2-all-stars-recap/
Quote: | Luke Frampton â€" Big Shots Elite (WV) 2017 6’5 SG â€" Nation’s top shooter & hottest shooting recruit, recruiting has blown up. Takes more charges than any player 2017. Top 100. Had HM Head coaches courtside all weekend. Offers/coaches in attendance: Arizona, Davidson Bob McKillop, Memphis Tubby Smith, SMU Tim Jankovich, VA Tech Buzz Willians (2), Marshall Dan D’Antoni (2), Richmond Chris Mooney (2), Duquesne (2), South Carolina Frank Martin (2). |
Arizona is a scary offer as they are a recruiting powerhouse who have a habit of landing whoever they want, but I tend to read into the order of which teams are listed by a recruit, and the fact that Davidson is at the front of the list (behind Arizona) has to be a good sign. |

Bratton: I'm a lousy typist. But take heart. My five years of high school Latin helps me every day, so you're doing good work.
