The single comment at the end of that article is classic. _________________ "We should've thrown our number 7 pitcher against Davidson......" Post by Tar Heel baseball fan 16 minutes into the game. |

I think I've diagnosed the problem:
"He said doctors would conduct new tests and a neurosurgeon would examine the results of an MRI brain scan performed Friday in the castaway's lumbar region."
I've seen some horrible herniation, but if this poor man's brain is in his lumbar region.... _________________ "McKillop is a gentleman. He could have played 'name that score' if he so desired."---St Joe's fan |

I'll bet he also suffers from optical rectumitis, which causes a sh***y outlook on life. _________________ "We should've thrown our number 7 pitcher against Davidson......" Post by Tar Heel baseball fan 16 minutes into the game. |

Worst call of the year? I saw several calls yesterday that were worse. The Syracuse charge was a bang-bang call made by one of the best refs in the game. Boeheim should have to coach an occasional game refereed by the myopic, geriatric, disinterested refs of the Southern Conference. |
I loved CJ Fair's reaction in the media. I can't believe how selfish Jim Boeheim was in this moment and how arrogant he was later by saying he had "no regrets." I would be ashamed to call this man my coach regardless of how good or bad the call was. You could tell from the video that the official even gave him an opportunity to go back to his bench before he gave the T (which of course he didn't have to do). What an embarrassment. He owes his players, assistants and school an apology. |

It's hard to think of a case where a coach more clearly took away his team's chance to win a game. Even if it was a bad call (from the replays it looked like a charge to me; full speed it was 50-50), the result gave Duke the ball with 10 seconds left up 2. Given how terrible Duke had been from the foul line all night, there was a pretty good chance Cuse would have gotten the ball back with 7-8 seconds and at least a chance to tie. The call didn't end the game. An allegedly grown man throwing a temper tantrum did. Completely agree that Boeheim should apologize. Per the ACC's rules on sportsmanship he should also be suspended for at least a game, but I'll be surprised if that happens. |

30+ years of success outweigh this. Compare this to Bobby Knight. Nobody talks about the chair throwing when you choke a player. I think he still has a warrant waiting for him in Puerto Rico.
Boeheim's relationship with a pedophile should matter more than this. Though I have no way to know what Boeheim knew. |

1. Don't kid yourself that game was over.
2. Bob put on a pretty good show yesterday himself and I was with him every step of the way.
3. CJ Fair has confirmed his Blue Falconry. He will not be added to the manifest. _________________ "Microphones are for Navy guys"... Ranger H. |

Kevin was distracted by that candy-colored clown they call the Sandman.
Or Dean Stockwell.
How he got onto the Wofford bench is anyone's guess. |
