I recall SLU had an All-A10 Greek big man under Majerus named Ian Vouyoukas. He's had a long career in Europe. We received a commitment from his little brother Alex. I heard admissions kiboshed the deal. He instead went to Marist and then Texas San Antonio.

Odd how this time SLU is getting the little bro of a (soon to be) All-A10 Wildcat.

Since JAG reported, pretty sure we can put this one in the books.

It appears on the SLU message board that they know little about him but like the idea of getting a Viking whose middle name is Thor.

FIBA has him at 6’3

Brother pictures have JAG an couple inches taller, so I'll take FIBA's 6'3" over Eurobaskets 6'7".
Bob in the huddle during timeout: "Don't listen to BDL!"
Matt: "Coach, that's BDF."
Bob: "What?! There's two of them!?"

did we recruit?
If anyone disagrees with anything I say, I am quite prepared not only to retract it, but also to deny under oath that I ever said it

He's pictured next to Travis Ford. He's much taller. He could still be 6'3- but I'm betting he's more like 6'5".

His mother told me that he could not get into Davidson because of grades. Believe youngest son is better academically.

Ford is 5-9. Here's the Ingvi/Ford pic, plus a pic of Ford with Davell Roby (listed at 6-4) for comparison.

Youngest son, who appears to be around 13, already speaks good English and is a delightful young man.

And he already has the gray patch like JAG.

Doesn't JAG look a little like a young Dick Snyder?

In JAG's early games he reminded me of JP. That was especially unsettling when I saw JP in the stands at the same time. I think it had as much to do with playing style as personal appearance.

It's been a bit over 52 years since I saw a young Dick Snyder play, though.
