Clue- Bill Cobb shares the commonality I'm thinking of.
"He is a 6-foot-3, sweet smiling, fun loving boogeyman who will decimate entire teams, then sign autographs and take pictures with his fallen foes' children.
He is a question with no answers."

DC had a big who went #1 in the NBA draft. That should be worth something.bvgerd wrote:Ive always really liked purdue and how they play with their bigs. The fact that theyre involved with Luka both makes me really excited about him as a player and terrified of the competition to recruit him.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''
Looks like Luka is stateside . . . might a decision be coming soon?

"It's cool and motivated. But I'm careful, because so far I've achieved nothing. "Not quite true, because in February he is the first time in the men's squad for a training camp. The path from Brajkovic points so steeply up, that of barley villages was stopped abruptly. Pneumonia was not detected in the Rankweiler, so the disease had effects on the heart muscle. "It was a difficult time," says the 20-year-old today. He felt isolated, had a five-month ban on sports and lost the connection. Gerstendörfer went to Vienna, now studying business law and playing in the national league.

The article cited by the DavidsonMbbRecr tweet says that Stanford, Purdue, and Davidson are "im Gespraech" meaning in the discussion. I don't think that implies those are his final three.
Dornbirn Lions (Luka's club team) tweeted a few days ago that he was visiting Penn State (probably why he's currently stateside). I'd be willing to guess there are a number of other power conference teams in on him that we don't know about.
I'm not trying to be fatalist, as the articles surrounding Luka's visit here were very positive and we have more playing time to offer than anyone. But it might be a good idea to temper expectations, since it seems he is a very sought after talent.

Penn State. Purdue, and Stanford all offer outstanding engineering programs. I hope he is interested in becoming a doctor, lawyer, or minister after his NBA career.

Well Penn State rushed the court in a big win the other day so hopefully he wasn’t there for that...
We’ve put in a ton of work on Luka, and these other options scare me. But, at the end of the day, if he decides to go somewhere else, he is looking for something different than Davidson and that is out of our control. What is in our control is having other great options that we have good standing with in case this happens, and I know that there are always things going on behind the scenes, but after missing on so many targets this cycle, it’d be really nice to lock down Luka
