On WDAV this morning they said that there is no surviving Bach cantata for this Sunday, so they played what Bach called a “burlesque” cantata.
They should have used this:

"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''

That made my studying German for three years at DU worthwhile.

O'Connell comes with baggage
Probably the case with most transfers.
May be headed to Memphis.

Davidson would probably be at the bottom of his list because we would require him to stay two years to receive his degree. Some schools would let him play one year and walk across the stage after that year.
He only has one year of eligibility remaining.

More than 1 or 2.
Jordan Downing, Joe Aase, and Mason Archie were all in the last 10 years.
Charlotte now has 4 guys, latest Cooper Robb, entering the transfer portal.

That Charlotte portal is getting clogged and doesn't allow for social distancing.

Question I think I know the answer to, but: does a player sitting out a redshirt year via transfer take up a roster spot? I think they do but I am not 100% sure. If things work out and everyone including Luke returns, we will have no spots available (Verbal Commits says we have 1, but they still list Bates as a walk-on). Was wondering if anybody could hopefully tell me I'm wrong.
Just trying to distract myself in the madness. Stay safe and healthy everyone!

It depends whether the redshirt player is on scholarship. If he's on scholarship, he counts toward the 13 scholarships a men's team is allowed.
Trey Wertz would be a good prospect to look at if we end up with an extra scholarship. He's from Charlotte and has played against comparable competition to the A10 in the WCC.

Wertz to Santa Clare seems odd to me. Hope he does well.
Bob in the huddle during timeout: "Don't listen to BDL!"
Matt: "Coach, that's BDF."
Bob: "What?! There's two of them!?"

Trey had lots of interest and his performance has justified the numerous offers he received. Undoubtedly he'll be a great addition to wherever he winds up.

Didn’t know that Herb Sendek is the head coach at Santa Clara.
