For the first time in four years the Warriors don't have home court advantage, so if it goes 7, the deciding game is in Houston. Dubs need be up 3-1 after the first four games, and if they can do that, they win in 6.

Draymond on one team, Chris Paul on the other. You could sell titanium groin protection.

Interesting first half. Nice start to the third quarter. This would be a nice win for the Warriors. The refs are going to have some interesting explaining to do. It is not common to see a man elbowed right in his pooper.

Klay's 3 to make it 106-96 with under 4 to play was the dagger. And it came, fittingly, on a play where the Rockets got completely screwed on a call. Sweet. And would someone please just knock Chris Paul out?

After the game, Chuck said he had predicted GSW in 5, but now he was saying in 3.

Pointless foul in the last few seconds increased the margin to 13.

I didn’t see enough of the game to see who benefited most from bad calls, but presume homers. The announcers commented on one foul that was called differently on the other end during my short time viewing.

Next month, James Harden will win his first NBA MVP award. He had an excellent season.

Last night was the epitome of why Steph has always been, and will always be, superior to Harden. Looking at the box score, Harden dominated that matchup. Watching the game, Houston's relentless switching required Steph to defend the presumptive MVP in isolation time and time again. Steph responded by focusing on his defensive effort and deferring to his teammates on the offensive end. Harden, meanwhile, resorted to his classic matador defense and refused to guard KD.

Speaking of KD...yes, he is the reason Golden State won last night. We all know why he's on this team. Instead of publicly campaigning for the MVP before winning it the next season, Steph quietly earned back to back awards before ensuring that he would never win another by doing the right thing for his team. It's easy to say that Steph made the obvious choice in deferring to Durant last night. I'm looking forward to watching Harden defer to his teammates when he turns into Elimination Game James (probably in Game 4).

Houston is up 117-91 with 5 minutes left. A sweep is looking improbable
