The DIII championship is in Greensboro this weekend at UNCG (I think). One of the semi-finals has Brandeis facing Messiah.

Short of having Yeshiva in the semi-finals against Messiah, this is as good as it gets. Officially, Brandeis is non-denominational.

Messiah defeated Brandeis and advanced to the D-III finals where they defeated North Park to win their 11th NCAA Championship since 2000.

Go Falcons!

Interesting! Only one player whose hometown is outside the Continental U.S. (but a roster of 29 players). Somewhat larger-than-average student body for Div III.

I'd be more interested in how their enrollment stacks up against all Div III schools and not just their own conference.

"Division III is the NCAA's largest division with around 450 member institutions, which are 80% private and 20% public. The median enrollment of D-III schools is about 2,750, although the range is from 418 to over 38,000. Approximately 40% of all NCAA student-athletes compete in D-III."

Thanks. I thought, rightly, that Messiah was above the average. North Park has only about 2100, but an even-larger soccer roster, studded with recruits from Scandanavia.
