Very nice all-around game, too.

With a roster that tops out at 6'3", we really need to find some SIZE!

Chloe and Sarah K. have both made it official. H/T @DCWBBNetwork

And to whoever contributed to that image, nicely done.

Losing 3 from a roster of 13. Adding these 2. Another 1 or 2 on the way?

"Whatever a coach needs, Sarah can go out there and do it. She is an extremely versatile player with a very high basketball IQ. Opposing teams are going to view her as a matchup nightmare with her ability to shoot the 3, make plays off the bounce, and capability to post up smaller defenders. She will be a great fit in our motion style offense, and will have the ability to defend multiple positions on the perimeter. Sarah is also a fearless competitor who instills a lot of confidence in everyone that she plays with."

Good description of a certain member of the men's team. If she does these things half as well as Peyton, she will be a great Wildcat.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''

Congrats to Coach GCF on her first two signings. I would expect some more players later this year. Would guess a stretch 4 type of player and/or an international player of some kind.

Fans of Davidson apparel will probably like this photo of Sarah K. and friends from Twitter, presumably taken at yesterday's signing day festivities.

Another great pic for fans of Davidson gear and/or Davidson women's basketball -- Chloe and family from signing day.

Filling the exam week void...

I couldn't find any individual stats for Sarah K. However, I'm happy to report that, six games into her senior season, Chloe W. is off to a great start: 20 ppg, 10.7 rpg, 6.3 apg, 1.5 spg, 1.5 bpg, 50% 2FG, 46% 3FG, 77% FT.

She would have some triple doubles if she had Russell Westbrook's scorekeeper.

Mesa Ridge, which has about 1300 students, is 4-2. Three opponents were similar sized schools. The other three had enrollments between 2200 and 2600.

Next game is not until January.

Having broadcast games at the end of the Watts Era, my initial reaction to seeing Chloe W was to think "Wow, that's a long time to hold onto a redshirt!"

Another nice article on our next Chloe/next Chloe W...

Still having a hard time finding stats on Sarah K. I do know that she had a 41 point game, however. And I saw this on Facebook:

"TCA standout Sarah Konstans was named a nominee for the McDonald's 2018 All American Games! Way to go, Sarah!"

Chloe again... http://chsaanow.com/2018-01-19/chloe-we ... asketball/

And I finally found some numbers for Sarah, who is also having a strong season: 15.5 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 3.9 apg
