Got beat 11-6.

We are two games back of the last tourney spot with 11 to go. Lots of time to catch up.

Better start. Only down 1-2 and we are in good shape to start the 3rd. Go Cats.

We loaded the bases with no outs. Scored one of them to tie it at 2. Dayton hit a 2-run homer to make it 2-4 in the bottom.

Looks we tied it at 4 with single runs in the 5th and 6th, then made it 6-4 in the 7th. Dayton got one back in the bottom of the inning. And that’s where it sits in the bottom of the 9th.

Hit the first guy, struck out the next, walked the third, fourth guy popped out…

Champey hits the next guy to load the bases. Flyers haven’t had a hit since the 6th.

Ball, ball, fly out to left. But we don’t catch it. Game over as 2 score. Flyers get their first sweep of the season.

We had 15 hits and stranded 15. No Shaggy, Friend, or Wilhoit.

13 walks, HBP, errors. Thirteen free passes. Can't beat the Ohio School for the Visually Impaired when you issue 13 free baserunners.

All alone in last in the A10. Need to win the next series desperately.

When your reliever loads the bases with 2 HBPs and a walk in the bottom of the 9th with a 1 run lead, it's time to give someone else a chance.

We should have gone to the bullpen before the 2nd HBP. Runners on first and second is an enviable situation because the infield can play deep.

Their runs were earned, so no one dropped the game winning hit. Our fielders may have fallen asleep due to inactivity.

I was listening to the Dayton radio coverage. When the ball was hit the announcer informed us that the game was over. Then he reported that the left fielder had no idea where the ball was. We didn't touch it, so it isn't an error. But the announcer was certain that the ball was catchable and an easy out. Doesn't really matter. DFL is DFL.
