We might impose a rule than when a reliever walks 2 guys in the same inning, he comes out.
Same song, different verse. Starter (Feczko) pitches very well for 4 1/3 innings, leaves with the Cats behind by only 1-0. Reliever (Champey) comes in and pitches poorly, giving up 4 earned runs on 0 hits, 4 walks, and 2 HBP.

I'll amend the rule to say 2 walks or 2 HBPs or any combination of free passes that equals 2 earns a trip to the dugout.
We have plenty of pitchers in the bullpen. Find someone who makes the opponent hit his way on base.
