Elle Sutphin Returns
Big news today....Elle Sutphin is returning to Davidson for another season. After an injury filled season for both her and her teammates, Elle had a number of opportunities to play elsewhere.
Elle is a person that makes any team better. Most importantly, she is a fantastic representative of Davidson and our women's basketball team. She leads by example and makes Davidson a better place. Excited to see her in Davidson colors for one more season.

Wow. Huge. So grateful she is coming back. I am sure she had multiple great transfer opportunities.
Re: Elle Sutphin Returns
Incredible news!!!! Cannot overstate how huge this is for the team next year. I love what it says about the program that weve had so many players choose to use the extra year to continue their playing career at Davidson.

Re: Elle Sutphin Returns
That's certainly a pleasant surprise.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''
Re: Elle Sutphin Returns
This is fantastic news. This was such a fun team to watch when they were firing. I bet they can't wait to get back on the floor (HEALTHY!) and compete again.

She was definitely one of my favorites to watch on this team this year. Excited that she will return to help this team again next year...

Re: Elle Sutphin Returns
No Elle on this roster?
Re: Elle Sutphin Returns
That's why I linked it. I haven't heard anything. That would be a disastrous loss.

Injury or just change of mind?
I scanned through the video of 2014 graduation, and she didn't pick up a diploma.
