This feels like an important game for seeding purposes. We are currently in 7th place with a 6-5 record, Loyola is .5 a game back at 6-6 and then theres some separation from 9th and 10th pllce who are both at 4-7. If we can win we open up a gap with the tiebreaker over loyola and a three game lead over the second half of the league; win and we also remain on pace to match Rhode Island who is in 6th at 7-5 and who we play in a couple games.

Nolan hooked Charlie’s left arm and kept it hooked through the fall. Charlie couldn’t brace herself through the fall. Completely dirty play.

Gayle out after getting 2 technicals for throwing a clipboard and kicking a trash can. First technical was deserved, even if understandable. The second technical was undeserved and ridiculous.

You could have given her three or four technicals with how aggressively she complained to the refs. Or none, given that she lost her best player on the play. I would have given one.

Actually the Loyola player fouled Charlie twice on that play. I would love to see the replay again to look for the hook.
