Long layoff. We are very rusty and look ragged. Lots of foul trouble for the Wildcats.

Bad second quarter, we were up 31-13 and then the offense shut down and LaSalle got going. Up 35-26 at the half.

Down 4-5, up 24-12 after the 1st. Quickly to 31-13. Half is 35-26. A bit sloppy, a bit rusty. Working Elle back in. LaSalle playing a very boring game focused on getting us in foul trouble. Not worried. We can relax our way to a win.

If LaSalle is going to take the air out of the ball each possession trying to get foul calls (it's worked for them so far) - well, switch defenses. Go to a half-court zone trap (1-3-1) and make them rush. It ain't rocket science.

I wouldn't worry too much about what LaSalle does. They're just trying to avoid a blowout.

You cannot let your opponent completely dictate tempo. Really poor non-adjustments at the half by our staff.

I just want to win by double digits. Shouldn't be a problem. (I'm a bit behind. 44-37 for me)

These refs aren't very good. Either way.

Lasalle cut it all the way to 2 before we finally called a time out and made some adjustments. Since then defense has stepped up a bit and we were able to get back up to double digits, 52-39 lead going into the fourth. As a side note, it was effective but its been awful watching Lasalles offense. Just complete spread the court and hold the ball until 8 seconds left on the shot clock before trying to draw a foul or make a tough shot out of an iso play.
