I kept my promise to Mallorie’s mom that I would say hello at the game and meet her husband. In addition, I met her mom and some friends.
That put me on the other side of the court from my usual spot with friends, and so I sat with different friends around me.
It is hard to judge with weaker opponents, but I was encouraged by the team’s performance.

When other folk were standing up, waving their arms around, I just sat quietly while cheerleaders threw T-shirts. One of the ladies threw a cool red UA shirt right in my lap. It still had the price tag on it. I don’t know any of the current cheerleaders, so I know no reason for one to have aimed so obviously.

Well, I felt really good about this win and still do, although I just noticed that ECU beat Upstate by 70.
