The Women's Basketball program has announced Suzi Rose Deegan is returning for a 5th season.

Coach Fulks told the fans at the Women's Basketball banquet Deegan was submitting the paperwork to apply for an extra season. She asked those present to keep it to ourselves.

It appears we did. This is great news.

I wasn't at the banquet to hear the good news, or the prohibition against spreading the good news, but I was at an event on campus and overheard an assistant coach sharing the good news. And it is tremendously good news.
