Wednesday at 11 am. This is the brutal part of our schedule: home for Duke on 11/12 and then 9 straight away from home with the final game coming against NCSU. Some would say that is ambitious scheduling. Others would be less kind. I don't know how many of those 9 away from home we'll win. I hope that by the time we host Elon on 12/18 we still have at least 8 healthy bodies and that our confidence hasn't been crushed. Go Cats.

No, I'm saying that the game that my favorite team plays bears almost no resemblance to the game that Maryland plays. Even less than Maryland's game bears to South Carolina's. Massey says 8%. That's insane. It suggests that we'd win once every 13 games. No way.

Well, I have the Big10 network on my streaming but of course it isn't on. Bugger the Big10.

Cats down 14-10 after the first. 20 turnovers by both teams after one quarter - that's bad basketball.

Down 10 at the half: 29-19. My Big10 network channel isn't showing it, but we must be playing pretty good defense. We are outrebounding the Terps by 4.

31 turnovers between the two teams - 17 by the Cats. We are shooting 27%.

It looks like its on the big ten network's version of ESPN+. Down 10, but i just dont think were going to have the offensive firepower to keep pace or catch up. Both teams with a huge amount of turnovers so far (17 for us, 14 for them) so depending on if youre a glass half full or glass half empty kind of guy this game could be a lot closer or a lot worse.

Got away from us a bit in the 3rd. Down 54-35. We shot better but still can't handle the basketball.

52-70 final. Fantastic. Won rebounds. Haines scored well and was 3-6 from range. Sorry I couldn't see it.

It looks like we did a better job scoring in the second half than i expected against a very good opponent. This game may have been more about the process and building for later in the season than realistically thinking wed get a road win, that being said we wont beat anyone when we have 30 turnovers.

It appears that we improved and played better against Maryland than against Duke.

We have a chance to get better in Savannah.
