Up 13 midway in the 2nd quarter. It's not that we are playing that well offensively - we are over substituting and can't get any rhythm going.

Playing well defensively, helped by Catamount lack of shooting skill.

I'm starting late. Wildcats are off to a good start. Western is short and slow. Adelaide for 2, Chloe 3, Adelaide 1. 6-0. Coach had already decided to pull Adelaide before she gave up a slipped screen for WCU's first points. A Gould turnover led to a WCU 3. 6-5. Chloe makes it 8-5. We finally get a stoppage and get Rosie, Issy, and Elle in for Adelaide, Cam, and Cassidy. Issy quickly makes it 10-5 on an 85-ft drive after Sarah's rebound. Timeout at 3:44. 20-5. Sallie in for Sarah. Finds Elle for the layup. WCU coach hated it. Timeout, 12-5. 7:06 in and Rosie gets our first foul. Pass bounces off WCU. WCU gets a basket a bit later. 12-7. Rosie gets fouled on the drive. Good announcers, decent camera work, pitiful crowd. Tomisin in. Rosie makes it 14-7. Tomisin fouls, they make one. They foul Tomisin, she makes one. Awful call. Announcers acknowledge it should have been a good basket and a chance for 3 points. Make, miss. 15-8. Elle drives for 2. 17-8. Announcers think Elle should start. 19-8 after Tomisin leads a runout and finds Rosie for the layup. 1st quarter done.

We didn't play particularly well that half. Western is really not very good....at all. Up 31-18 in the half. If we leave Elle and Rosie on the court for any length of time it will be a runaway.

Odd travel call on Cassidy. Refs don't seem very skilled. 33 and 30 in for 24 and 10. Shot clock violation on WCU. Sallie misses 3 from the top. WCU turnover. We rebound Cam's missed 3. They rebound Elle's missed 3. We are missing lots of good looks. Cassidy misses a 3. 24-11 at 4:59. I'd like to see us attack inside.
