Got the lead down to 5 and there followed a 15-0 run. 45-25 after Q3.

Played 4Q even down to 2:00 or so and then lost by 3. 60-37.

Played hard and played decent defense. Dumpster fire offense - more turnovers than baskets.

Unimpressive game by Davidson. Thumped on our home court by a predicted mid-level ACC team.

Delighted at Gayle's scheduling. I love playing P5 teams.

Well we struggled to score today. Had some good looks in the first half especially. Just couldn't get shots to drop.

Great crowd. Would have liked us to not turn the ball over as much. Chloe struggled late with TO's but she was playing a lot of minutes under duress. Most likely will be the case most of the season, but won't be against that type of opponent so hopefully she will be able to get more substitution breaks to keep her fresh for late in the game. Hard to play those minutes and handle the ball with constant full court pressure.

We played everyone but our freshman walk on, so they all got quality minutes against an ACC team that is receiving votes for Top 25.

It sounded like Gayle attributed some of the bad shooting to rushing shots.

And quite a number of shots that looked good rumpled around and in and out of the basket.
