Great time last night:

Spoke to “Country Joe” West, former MLB umpire. Funny guy. His favorite manager was Dick Williams.
Jim Nantz is a super nice guy.
Steve Smith is a very humble guy.
New Panthers coach will get the job done.
Fun reliving the 1995 ACC championship game with Randolph Childress.

New Panthers coach will do the job. He won't win much, though. Owner is a business genius and has been a football idiot at every opportunity.

I used to play pickup football and basketball with Joe West. He had a great arm on the football field.

It was a great event. Nantz had wonderful things to say about Bob which was nice.

A good turnout of Davidson folks.

I hope Nantz and others will say wonderful things about Bob to the Naismith HOF nominating committee.
