Jonathan Moore of Furman was the SoCon Basketball player of the year in ‘79 and ‘80.

Ron Carter graduated in ‘78.

Dang, that's right. I thought Gerdy had a chance in '78, but Carter was too good. Nobody was going to beat Moore.
