To amend the Colt 45 Constitution would require a 2/3rds vote.

Keep it simple. Anyway, raptorcat has absolute veto power over any attempts to change or amend the rules.

And those voting have various definitions of what the award signifies.

On Senior Night the award has been known to go to one of the regular starters.

Too many changes, modifications, or caveats to the simple rules that have governed the award for all these years would impose such a high degree of difficulty for yours truly to parse through them that it would be beyond the abilities of my aged brain. Keep it simple, basic, and uncomplicated, please.

It is sort of like the English Common Law “constitution,” I think.
