And wear your tams. I located mine, hidden deep inside my closet, and I'm wearing it; don't try to stop me.

I can see it now: "Belk Arena roof collapses with 1 minute remaining in game, Cats ahead by 3."

15-15 overall now, 13-15 against D1. 9-7 at home, 7-7 at home against D1. Thank God for the ODAC.

Maybe we can add a game against Pfeiffer or Guilford. Or both.

We don't want any part of Guilford. They're hosting a Sweet Sixteen game against Keene State Friday. If they win that game, they host the winner of Williams and Christopher Newport.

I'm seriously considering bringing the dreaded Scottish Tam out of my closet and wearing it to the game. Gotta do something to reverse this curse of losing close games in the closing minutes.

It worked! We did not lose a close game in the final minutes.

Guilford advances past Keene State 82-60. The Quakers host Christopher Newport tomorrow. The winner advances to the Final Four.

Christopher Newport defeated Williams, the Davidson of the North. Sam Spencer threw his Bates hat to the floor in anger.

Davidson alum, Fan, and Realtor Jon Ratliffe '79 was unhappy with Keene State's loss. He was KSU's Athletic Director.

Guilford defeated Christopher Newport 50-48. The Quakers advance to the D-3 Final Four and meet Hampden Sydney in Fort Wayne Thursday.

Guilford and Hampden Sydney are conference mates. Guilford beat Hampden Sydney 80-71 at Guilford in December.

Hampden Sydney has been ranked in the top 5 on the D-3 polls most of the season. Guilford has been in the top 10.
