I think his buyout is $34 million.

Samford got the lead down to 1 with 19.9 to go. Then a bogus foul was called on a clean block, as seen on different replays. The Kansas player made both free throws. The Kansas player who took the last free throws looks about 15 years old.

Samford got jobbed. Sad to see it, such a critical call at a critical time.

In real time it looked like a foul, replay, clearly a great block.

SEC loses another team. Kentucky sent packing.
Florida and Auburn are out. Tennessee, Auburn, and Texas A&M are the only SEC teams remaining after the first round. Two of their 5 losses were to non-P6 auto-qualifiers. Poor Greg Sankey. Of course, even in losing the SEC gets paid $10 million for those 5 games.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''

James Madison’s coach, Mark Byington, played for the UNCW team that beat Davidson in Belk in ‘95-‘96. Michigan, Wilmington, and NC State were the only teams to beat us in the regular season that year.

JMU!

I love seeing the Badgers as the opponent for one of my teams.

Initially, I was really pissed when I saw how late the tipoff was for the game. But, somehow, I managed to stay awake and watch the entire game. A great way to celebrate my birthday.

Go Dukes, beat Puke!
