What jumps out for me is how even most of the shooting stats are accept for the huge advantage for the Cats in free throws mad and attempted.

I'm still hopeful that we can reach 35% on our 3s. Gonna take some work. We are slightly better deep shooters than we were last year.

Low sample size but it seems all of our guys are improved at shooting the 3.

Durkin has beautiful shooting form.

He does, indeed. 21-55 is pretty good and he'll probably shoot a higher percentage going forward. Mallorie didn't shoot a great percentage as a freshman, but as she's gotten healthy and more experienced she's torching it. 4-5 last game, 20-38 on the season. Gorgeous shooting form and it always looks like it's going in.

It's great to see a local player do so well.

After 20 games, we're shooting 33% from deep. Not going to reach my 35% dream.

Through 19 games we were shooting 33.47%, which was good for 200th among D1 teams. If you are 200th in a stat, it is a thing that you must stop claiming to be good at.

The funny thing is how many announcers comment about how good we are at shooting the 3. Lazy.

We shot an impressive 21.1% from 3 last night. If my math is correct, I do not think that improves our season average.

We went from 33.47 to exactly 33% with last night's chucking. Unless a bunch of other teams did similarly, we are no longer 200th. Probably about 210.

32.2% and 240th out of 362 if you exclude our Division III opponents.

Almost as bad as last year. And we're likely to do significantly worse down the stretch.

Down to 31.9 after the La Salle game.
(About 270th nationally)

We're dropping each game. We need a game where we shoot better than the season average. At SBU probably isn't that game.
