Alma Mater of Philip Gordon '83- catcher and team MVP one year- plus his younger brother Stuart '86 (I think).

Richmond picked up their top recruit, at least according to the Richmond Paper:

This is great news. Would love to see us get him on campus in the near future.

Look who is on that list with us: ACC and Big Ten teams. This program is in a very healthy spot and the A10 move was a great decision.

That being said, still need to get a visit to have a chance.

I agree, great news. Hope we are seriously considered into final decision. If anything - Peyton's development should ring true with Beran. He will get a lot of playing time and is the 2.0 version of PA.

I think Davidson is in a great position. The young man is being very deliberate and has made many visits (including officials) and has eliminated some of the schools he has visited (including on an official). He has stated he wants to find the best academic, social and basketball fit and, clearly, these seven schools have intrigued him. I would expect a visit, if one hasn't already happened.

We certainly stand out from his other 6 schools. I like that we have something different to offer.

Louisville seems to have the most cache.

No, I think he is saying that they have had the most success recently of the 7 programs.

Another story mentioning that David Roddy is down to NW, CSU and Minnesota for basketball.

I am starting to get the impression he may not be at the Red-Black game.
