My early vote based on the scientific evaluations of 30 seconds of game video is Lanier. He looks to be the quickest of the bunch, shows some very good passing skills, big defensive wingspan, and solid fundamental jumper. He also goes above the rim in a game situation. The key with the newbies is whether they can handle full court pressure or not.

Hair award certainly goes to Emory.

I played against a player in high school who had the same hair cut. Tough kid but pasty white with a red fro. The kid could hoop and the hair gave him the illusion of being 3 inches taller. Looked like a zombie.

interesting to see very little news flow on Bryce Golden. Most announced transfers already have an ascribed list of teams in pursuit. I assume ACC opportunities are limited bc of transfer restrictions? Does anyone have a sense as to where he might end up or if he would make sense to pursue (we have one roster spot available).

I would venture to say that Pitt is likely still in play, since they made a fairly splashy hire in Capel.
