If we are being honest their is a huge difference from playing in the SOCON and playing in the (old) Big East. As we move on from 2017 though it definitely seems like we are in a much better place and continue to move in an upward trend compared to them. There is a much smaller difference from their conference and the ours (the A10 obviously) now. Riley Battin has now scored over 2000 points in HS- with a year to go.
I expect it will be tough to get him. Tons of P5 schools are now recruiting him. I hope he realizes how our system is geared for someone like him (skilled big man who can make jump shots and bang in the paint) and how much playing time will be available when he's a freshman.

The good news for the wildcats is that they have a pretty darn good floor general coming in to help make up for lost production. Collins is a wiry, high motored point guard that makes a big impact on both ends of the floor. He is a very crafty scorer around the rim and a pest on defense always trying his best to smother his man and create a turnover.
