I think that it is most likely a situation where he is a preferred non-scholarship player.

I think that it is most likely a situation where he is a preferred non-scholarship player.

I know everyone looks good in a highlight video, and I'm not real bright, but Phillip Kavu looks like a lot more than a preferred walk-on to me.
