Davidson beat USC in back to back seasons IIRC Lefty's last and Terry's first. They were great games. I think Roche came to USC in a package with Tom Owens. I think Davidson was in the hunt at some point for the both of them but they lost out to Mr. McGuire and his NYC connections.
