Bryan was a unique and special talent. I recently asked Coach if he was as good as I remember him to be. The answer was YES.

Some of the film I found was too blurry to use, but it was filled with odd, on-the-move line drive shots by Adrian that all went in. Each time I'd think "that's not going in" and each time I was wrong.

Re Bryan Adrian
No Davidson fan should forget just what a special talent Bryan was. He averaged 20.2 points a game his sophomore year and was the team’s leading scorer. This on a team with Maloy, Cook and Kroll that was ranked as high as 4th in the country and finished at 15 after the loss to the Bonnies. He was critically responsible for Davidson beating South Carolina on their court when they were the second ranked team in the country and we were ranked 13.
There was some great basketball played at Davidson during those years. Some of the best during the summers at Lefty’s then Terry’s camps. In the summer the Davidson players like Maloy, Kroll, Snyder, Don Davidson and Terry Holland played and then other players like Charlie Scott, Dave Cowens and at least two summers when Pete Maravich was there for the camp. The counselor scrimmages in the afternoons were epic. In my experience Adrian was the only other player that played at Davidson during those years that was almost as skilled as Maravich. He was a wonderfully creative player and I think his knee injury was such a blow to his feelings of confidence and well being that he never really recovered.
If our new left handed Italian recruit has even 50% of the talent of Brian Adrian he will be in the Davidson HOF 10 years after his time at Davidson.

A-10 coaches are gonna have nightmares about going up against Reed and Sean in a few years. Sean’s shot looks promising. Having two bigs that are legitimate three point threats will be insanely good for our offense (see 2018). Think we might get a glimpse of it on this stretch run too

It looks like the first thing Foster did after picking up his phone post game was Retweet a highlight of Fletcher Loyer.
Is it wrong that I’m hoping Fletcher decides to transfer after a year or two at Purdue?

Bob in the huddle during timeout: "Don't listen to BDL!"
Matt: "Coach, that's BDF."
Bob: "What?! There's two of them!?"

Let's hope Purdue fires Matt Painter and hires Will Wade to replace him. Fletcher might enroll at Davidson this Fall.

From Arden, NC.

His name is not familiar to me. I'm thinking he probably went to Christ School in Arden and his parents relocated here to be nearby.

Went to Hargrave.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''
