Heroin is a scourge. Much of the country, like Huntington, is touched.

Even Charlotte.

Love it. I hope that Collins and Grady make it to the event on 10/22 to seal the deal on a classmate. Our coaches are assembling a superb class.

We have more opiate prescriptions than citizens in TN. It's overtaken meth as our #1 drug problem. And I hate doing these pill mill cases -- they are strange animals. When we make hay with the pill mills, the problem will morph into an unregulated heroin problem with even more violence and overdose deaths. It's like what happened with meth -- we cracked down hard on mom and pop labs and pseudo sales, so the Mexican cartels filled the resulting vacuum. It's a little like mowing your yard and having to start over as soon as you finish.

ESPN says we have offered Jairus Hamilton. But so have at least a dozen Power 5 schools. ESPN ranks him #3 in NC and top 50 in the country.
