Amazing how often folks go for nutty conspiracy theories. It's even more disturbing when elected officials buy into them. Kudos to the Washington Post for actually covering the Washington DC Councilman who believes that Jews are controlling the weather. Penn State is dropping football....the risk management dept viewed this sport too dangerous.
