They're trying to find a retired administrative assistant alumna who is willing to take the fall for a quarter of a century of improper payments, as opposed to committing academic fraud by giving course credit for plagiarized term papers based upon the quality of the student's footnotes.

My brother went to vet school at TOSU. He called it the World's Largest YMCA because he had his own little world, but had access to all of the facilities on campus. The one time I visited him there he took me to a rec center named for Jesse Owens to play basketball. It wasn't huge, but it also wasn't the only one. He said there was something for everybody. If you couldn't find something you were interested in it was your own fault.
