That he has heard from West Virginia and that’s where Drake’s coach made his own little transfer to makes it sound like securing his services might be an uphill climb.

But sounds like a good player: “In 33 starts this season, Enright averaged 6.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and one steal per game. He shot 45.3% from the field and 43.9% on his 3-point attempts in 26.2 minutes per game.”

I doubt DeVries would want him to be his starting PG in the Big 12. Enright is talented but small & skinny, and may not hold up playing 30 mpg in a power conference league. If you look at the rest of the list, you’ll see the types of teams that think he can play big minutes for them.

I like our chances if he wants to be a starter on a winning team. If he is ok to come off the bench and be 6th or 7th man on a power conference team then sure he’ll follow his current coach to WVU.

Our coaches must really be burning the midnight oil right now, like many other coaches desperate to upgrade and fill their rosters. It’s too bad that it has come to this. That said, I’m hoping for some good news soon.
