Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
I’ve seen where Tai Hamilton committed to William and Mary. In the (few) highlights I saw he looks like an athletic shot blocker.

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
Mike Brey is stepping down at ND. Would we still be interested in Parker F. if he was to go back on the market? Assume not given that Brizzi is arguably a better version of him.

I would gladly take both of them. But Brey's departure may not affect the other indirect terms of Parker's recruitment. . .

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
I don't think so. Just an acknowledgment that a school with an endowment over $18 billion, a piece of a large TV contract and an enrollment that is 4x ours might have some more resources. Have no idea if that influenced PF's decision (or Dom's or Matt's or Trey's or Cormac's or Nate's or any other kid who went to ND when they had interest from Davidson).
Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
Our chance to get Trey was when he was in high school. Once he went to Santa Clara, he showed what he could do and and became an ACC level prospect.

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
There are plenty of Davidson players who were and are ACC level prospects. The guys who chose ND (and the guys who chose Clemson and Wake) have fewer or the same number of NCAA appearances as if they had come to Davidson.
Tyson may get his second this year, albeit in his fifth year of eligibility. But playing in the middle/bottom tier of the ACC is about the same level as playing at Davidson over the last 10-15 years. This year’s results excluded.
We are not typically competing for recruits with UNC and Duke, and the guys who make the tournament ever year. Luke Maye being the exception.
