No it isn’t, if someone doesn’t want to be a part of something then the train keeps going.

Train keeps going and its by no means the end of the world, but its still disappointing to lose out on a really talented kid we seemed to be in good shape for.

Train keeps going and its by no means the end of the world, but its still disappointing to lose out on a really talented kid we seemed to be in good shape for.

My bad. That was an error. It was two days. My weekend was a bit chaotic. I was thinking that Huffman and the newer commitment both happened today. Huffman was yesterday. So two enormous signings in two days. Still sweet.

I am hoping that means we should be on the lookout for some news for more incoming players in the next few days? If anyone has any information or wild rumors theyd like to share via message I am happy to participate in any discussions/am frantically refreshing looking for news!

Am I correct that this point "signings" is a metaphorical term for what is now an oral commitment? (I realize that both oral and written communication tends to be verbal.) And then there will be a fall signing day and a spring signing day? Or is this the July signing period? I apparently don't remember these subtleties from one year to the next.

I believe you are correct, at least i have been using signings interchangeably to refer to an indication of a commitment by a player when in reality the written signing of a letter of intent can only occur in specific time frames.

I found a tweet saying Emory Lanier will be announcing his college decision tomorrow. Only because of the "tease" by I77cat do I think it could be a sign.
