Steph's 4th quarter looks amazing.

Re: Steph update
Most amazing comeback I've ever watched. Down by 13 to begin the 4th quarter and won by 15! 36 to 8 4th qtr. Steph had 40 for the game and 20 in the 4th quarter. He took about 5 steps on a late step back 3. Made it. No call.
He played the 1st 10.5 minutes of the 4th quarter.

Re: Steph update
I do love that Kerr must have been reading our board when Doc Forever suggested a bit more flexibility in assigning Steph's minutes. He has been taking some breaks in the first quarter and sometimes in the third quarter ala Klay. Kerr's rotations have become a bit less predictable, though he may simply be trying to set up a pattern that will accomodate the hoped-for, imminent return of Thompson and Wiseman. In any event, it sets up to 'allow' Steph to be the same kind of force in the 2nd and 4th quarters, that he traditionally has been in third quarters. Gold stars all around.
Re: Steph update
Nine more 3's, 57 from the record (about 10 games?).
Re: Steph update
10th game is Blazers in SF. Given his penchant for 'going off' against Portland, and the lift from the fans in the hometown arena, this would be a great game in which to surpass Allen's record.
Re: Steph update
Steph started the year making a low percentage of shots (for him). He’s now back over 40% from 3 and 50% from 2 point range. His FT % has been high (well over 90) all season.

Re: Steph update
Steph has hit 9 threes and totaled 37 and 40 points in his last 2 games. During both of those games his opponents' fans began cheering "MVP" as he spectacularly demolished their teams. One analyst last night called Steph the best entertainment value in all of sports.
"We were in the center ring the whole night,'' longtime Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. ''We were not on the ropes. We were not on the mat. We were in the center ring slugging away, and we just ran out of time.''

He played with the same boo boo last night. Back to back games made this decision.

Re: Steph update
Appropriate, since Steph bruised Harden and the Nets so deeply.
