My sister and I were babysitting my 3 year old grandson while his parents were attending a wedding. We were supposed to take him home at 5:00 and a teenager was going to babysit him and his almost 5 year old sister.
My sister and I were watching the golf with one eye. Steph bogeyed a hole, maybe the 14th, to fall 2 shots behind Mardy Fish. We had to leave to take the young'un home. We went to eat.
I couldn't check the golf result until 6:55. Steph came from 2 down to win by 2 over the last 4 holes. Steph does better when I can't watch. The American Century company President is turning handstands.
Steph joins the list of winners, which includes Tony Romo, Mardy Fish, Mark Mulder, and Jack Wagner. Jack Wagner is still competitive in the event in his 60s. He's a two time winner with the same birthday as Fred Couples, 10/3/59.

On the last tee some idiot decided Steph needed help so he let out a scream in the middle of Marty Fish’s swing. Fish hit it wide then had to lay up and parred a reachable par 5. A birdie worth 3 points was certainly doable for him. I’m pretty certain Steph didn’t want the help.

October 18th, the Warriors are at home for a preseason game against the Kings. It's Stephen Currry, College Grad, Bobblehead night. First 10,000 fans. Let's see...if I book a mid-week flight to San Fransisco...?

CBS This Morning had a nice feature on Steph and Ayesha today. They have started a campaign to raise $50 million for Oakland schools. Good interview, effusive praise, nice clips of their children and life at home (Steph wearing a WILDCATS T-shirt), plug for Underrated, finishing with, "He's already one of the all-time greats on the court, but he's an even greater person."

Saw that...very proud of the Wildcats representation. Proud, too, of this young couple who have certainly weathered some potential Bad PR Storms. As Ayesha was gently teasing Steph about their first kiss, this greatest of performers blushed and accepted the jibes. Character shows through in so many ways, but a Davidson Gentle-man(-person)....
